Felicia is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor License. Felicia earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UW-Stevens Point before obtaining her Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from UW-Stout.

Felicia has extensive experience working with individuals facing mental health and physical disabilities in Central Wisconsin. Her previous work has given her valuable knowledge of local resources and a deep understanding of the complex situations many individuals in our community are navigating.

Felicia specializes in supporting individuals dealing with trauma, grief, loss, identity challenges, sexual and physical violence, and mood disorders. She uses a person-centered approach in her practice, building trusting relationships and focusing on empowering individuals toward growth and healing.

By emphasizing clients' strengths and support systems, Felicia helps guide them on their personal journey. She is committed to ongoing education and professional development to ensure she provides the highest quality care to her clients.
